%0 Journal Article %T 两种不同方法治疗残余性晚期原发性开角型青光眼的疗效比较 %T Comparison of the efficacy in treatment of residual advanced primary open-angle glaucoma between two different methods %A 张绍阳,李 莉,钟 珊 %A ZHANG,Shao yang %A LI,Li %A ZHONG,Shan %J 中国临床新医学 %J CHINESE JOURNAL OF NEW CLINICAL MEDICINE %@ 1674-3806 %V 11 %N 9 %D 2018 %P 865-868 %K 选择性激光小梁成形术;晚期原发性开角型青光眼;残余性青光眼;眼压;曲伏前列腺素滴眼液 %K Selective laser trabeculoplasty;Advanced primary open-angle glaucoma;Residual glaucoma;Intraocular pressure(IOP);Travoprost eye drops %X [摘要] 目的 比较选择性激光小梁成形术(SLT)和曲伏前列腺素滴眼液治疗残余性晚期原发性开角型青光眼(POAG)的效果。方法 采用非随机对照研究,将30例30眼患者分为SLT组15例(接受SLT治疗)和药物组15例(接受0.004%曲伏前列腺素滴眼液治疗),观察两组治疗前、治疗后1 d、1周、1个月、3个月及6个月眼压变化情况。结果 两组治疗前眼压比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组治疗后各个时间点的眼压均较术前下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后3个月,两组眼压比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余时间点,两组眼压比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前的基线眼压相比,治疗后1 d,SLT组眼压下降的幅度大于药物组,其余各时间点药物组眼压下降的幅度均大于SLT组。SLT组患者治疗后眼压的波动大于药物组。两组并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 SLT可有效降低残余性晚期POAG患者的眼压,但降压效果及稳定性逊于曲伏前列腺素滴眼液。 %X [Abstract] Objective To compare the effects of selective laser trabeculoplasty(SLT) and travoprost eye drops on the treatment of residual advanced primary open-angle glaucoma(POAG). Methods A total of 30 patients(30 eyes) were divided into two groups using a non-randomized controlled trial methed. The patients in the SLT-treated group received SLT treatment, and the patients in the drug-treated group received 0.004% travoprost eye drops treatment. The patients were followed up for 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 3 months and 6 months after treatment. The changes of intraocular pressure(IOP) were observed before and after treatment. Results Before treatment, the difference of IOP between the SLT-treated group and the drug-treated group was not statistically significant(P>0.05). From 1 day to 6 months after treatment, the IOPs were significantly lower than those before treatment in the two groups(P<0.05). 3 months after treatment, there was no significant difference in IOP between the SLT-treated group and the drug-treated group(P>0.05), while at the other time points, there were significant differences in IOPs between the two groups(P<0.05). Compared with the baseline IOP before treatment, the IOPs of the two groups were significantly different 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, and 6 months after treatment(P<0.05). The decrease of IOP in the SLT-treated group was larger than that in the drug-treated group on the 1st day after treatment, and the decrease of IOP in the drug-treated group was greater than that in the SLT-treated group at the other time points. The fluctuation of IOP in the SLT-treated group was greater than that in the drug-treated group after treatment. There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).
