| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨尼妥珠单抗联合三维适形放射治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床价值。方法 选取晚期非小细胞肺癌患者82例，按抽签顺序分为两组，各41例。对照组实施三维适形放射治疗，观察组在对照组基础上实施尼妥珠单抗100 mg静脉注射，共8次。比较两组血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）、基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）、癌胚抗原（CEA）、细胞角蛋白19片段（CYFR21-1）水平和临床疗效。结果 治疗后，观察组VEGF、MMP-9、CEA、CYFR21-1水平明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。观察组显效24例，有效13例，无效4例。对照组显效14例，有效13例，无效14例。观察组疗效优于对照组（P<0.01）。结论 晚期非小细胞肺癌用尼妥珠单抗联合三维适形放射治疗，可提高治疗效果，改善临床指标，具有临床应用价值。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the combination of three dimensional conformal radiotherapy and rituximab on the treatment of advanced non-small-cell lung cancer.Methods 82 patients with advanced non-small-cell lung cancer were divided into two groups according to the order of lot, with 41 cases in each group. Three dimensional conformal radiation therapy was implemented in the control group, and the observation group was treated with intravenous injection of 100 mg for 8 times on the basis of the treatment that was given to the control group. The levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF), matrix metalloproteinases-9(MMP-9), cancer embryo antigen(CEA), cell keratin 19 fragment(CYFR21-1) and the clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After the treatment, the levels of VEGF, MMP-9, CEA and CYFR21-1 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01). In the observation group, the treatment outcome was markedly effective in 24 cases, effective in 13 cases and invalid in 4 cases. In the control group, the treatment outcome was markedly effective in 14 cases, effective in 13 cases and invalid in 14 cases. The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Three dimensional conformal radiotherapy in combination of rituximab is effective for the patients with advanced non-small-cell lung cancer. |
