| ［摘要］ 目的 总结吡柔比星所致心脏毒性一例的临床治疗及药学监护的体会。方法 临床药师全程参与吡柔比星所致心脏毒性的治疗及监护，通过与临床医师共同协商，根据药学知识提出用药建议和监护建议，制定个体化药物治疗方案和监护计划。结果 患者心脏不良反应好转，顺利出院。结论 临床药师通过其自身药学知识，能在临床化疗药物不良反应处理方面提供个体化用药方案和监护计划，促进临床合理用药。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in the treatment and pharmaceutical care for a patient with cardiotoxicity induced by theprubicin chemotherapy.Methods The clinical pharmacists participated in the clinical drug treatment team for a patient with cardiotoxicity induced by theprubicin chemotherapy, and made some suggestions of the treatment protocol and pharmaceutical care plan for the clinicians according to the related pharmaceutical knowledge.Results The patient was discharged with a better health condition.Conclusion The clinical pharmacists can help the clinicians make the individualized treatment and pharmaceutical care for the patients with adverse drug reactions by chemotherapy. |
