| ［摘要］ 目的 观察拉呋替丁联合奥美拉唑治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法 选取该院2014-03～2016-09收治的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者96例为研究对象，使用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各48例。对照组单用奥美拉唑，观察组接受拉呋替丁联合奥美拉唑治疗，两组均治疗2个月，比较两组治疗前后血清胃蛋白酶亚群测定值、治疗效果、并发症情况。结果 两组治疗前胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ、胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ及胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ/胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ测定值比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。治疗后观察组上述指标均明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组痊愈20例，显效18例，有效9例，无效1例，对照组痊愈12例，显效16例，有效12例，无效8例，观察组治疗效果优于对照组（P<0.05）；两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 拉呋替丁联合奥美拉唑能够有效改善慢性萎缩性胃炎患者临床症状，优化治疗效果，安全性高。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To observe the clinical effect of lafutidine combined with omeprazole on the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods 96 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis in our hospital from March 2014 to September 2016 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with omeprazole, and the observation group received lafutidine combined with omeprazole treatment for two months. The serum pepsinogen, the therapeutic effect and the complications were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results There were no significant differences in the levels of pepsinogen Ⅰ, pepsinogen Ⅱ and pepsinogen Ⅰ/pepsinogen Ⅱ between the two groups before the treatment(P>0.05). After the treatment, the above indexes improved significantly better in the obsenvation group than in the control group(P<0.05). In the observation group, 20 cases were cured, 18 cases markedly effective, 9 cases effective and 1 case invalid. In the control group, 12 cases were cured, 16 cases markedly effective, 12 cases effective and 8 cases invalid. The clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the adverse reaction rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Lafutidine combined with omeprazole is safe and effectively improves the clinical symptoms of the patients with chronic atrophic gastritis. |
