Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of Shaolin orthopedics-traumatology prescription combined with acupuncturing acupuncture point on postoperative pain for patients with limb fractures. Methods 180 patients with limb fractures were collected in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Yangjiang City and were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the different analgesic methods. The clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, there were no significant differences in VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the VAS scors of the observation group were superior to those of the control group(P<0.05). The excellent rate of analgesia in the observation group(100%) was significantly higher than that in the control group(86.66%)(χ2=12.857, P=0.000). The incidence of adverse events in the observation group(3.33%) was significantly lower than that in the control group(38.88%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Shaolin orthopedics-traumatology prescription combined with acupuncture point is effective for the postoperative pain in the patients with limb fractures.
