原发性高血压患者血清骨保护素水平的变化及其临床意义

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 检测健康人群和原发性高血压(EH)患者的血清骨保护素(OPG)水平,探讨血清OPG水平在EH患者中的变化及其临床意义。方法 选择2013-05~2014-12到该院诊治的EH患者88例(EH 1级组27例,EH 2级组30例,EH 3级组31例),以及健康体检者40名(对照组)为研究对象。采用酶联免疫吸附双抗夹心法(ELISA)测定所有研究对象的血清OPG水平;同时检测C反应蛋白(CRP)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)及甘油三酯(TG)等生化指标,并对比不同组间各指标的变化。结果 EH组血清OPG水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随着血压水平的升高,高血压患者的血清OPG水平升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高血压患者的血清OPG水平与其收缩压和舒张压呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论 EH患者血清OPG水平增高,并且其水平与收缩压和舒张压呈正相关;观察血清OPG水平变化对EH的早期诊治和病情评估可能具有一定临床意义。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To detect the serum levels of osteoprotegerin(OPG) in the patients with essential hypertension(EH) and in the healthy people, and to explore its clinical significances.Methods The serum levels of OPG in 128 patients in our hospital from May 2013 to December 2014 were measured using enzyme-linked immunoadsorbent -assay(ELISA). The patients were divided into the control group(n=40), grade 1 EH group(n=27), grade 2 EH group(n=30) and grade 3 EH group(n=31). The levels of TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C and CRP were detected.Results Compared with the control group, the EH group had significantly higher levels of serum OPG(P<0.05). With the increase of blood pressure, serum levels of OPG were significantly higher(P<0.05). The serum levels of OPG were positively related to SBP and DBP in the patients with EH(P<0.01).Conclusion The serum levels of OPG are significantly increased, and are positively correlated with SBP and DBP in the patients with EH, indicating that it might be used as a laboratory indicator for the diagnosis and evaluation of EH.
