| ［摘要］ 目的 建立测定妇科千金胶囊中芒柄花素含量的方法。方法 采用高效液相色谱法，以70%甲醇溶液提取芒柄花素，流动相采用乙腈-水(45∶55)，检测波长为254 nm。结果 在3.042～7.098 μg·ml-1的浓度范围内芒柄花素的进样量与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0.999 9），回收率为98.4%，相对标准偏差（RSD）3.03%（n=5）。结论 该测定方法准确、快速、简便，可对妇科千金胶囊进行质量控制。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To establish a method of quantitative determination of formononetin in Fukeqianjin capsules.Methods Formononetin was extracted by 70% methanol solution and the content of formononetin in Fukeqianjin capsules was determined by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). N2000 chromatographic work station was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water(45∶55) and the UV detecting wavelength being at 254 nm.Results Within the scope of the concentration of formononetin from 3.042 to 7.098 μg·ml-1, the amount of samples and its peak areas had a good linear relationship(r=0.999 9), with a recovery rate of 98.4% and a relative standard deviation(RSD) of 3.03%(n=5).Conclusion The method is accurate, simple and fast, and suitable for the quality control of Fukeqianjin capsules. |
