| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨血栓通注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效及对血清炎症因子的影响。方法 以2014-02～2016-08该院收治的冠心病心绞痛患者70例作为研究对象，随机分为治疗组36例和对照组34例。对照组给予常规方法治疗，治疗组在此基础上联合血栓通注射液治疗，连续治疗2周。记录两组临床疗效及血清炎症因子变化情况。结果 治疗组心绞痛疗效明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗前，两组患者心绞痛发作频率、发作持续时间及血清C反应蛋白（CRP）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）水平差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。经治疗后，两组患者心绞痛发作频率、持续时间及血清CRP、TNF-α水平均较治疗前明显改善（P<0.05），但治疗组比对照组改善更为明显（P<0.01）。两组患者均未出现明显不良反应。结论 血栓通注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛效果显著，且抑制炎症反应，值得临床推广应用。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xueshuantong injection on angina pectoris and its influence on serum inflammation factors.Methods Seventy patients with angina pectoris in our hospital from February 2014 to August 2016 were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=36) and the control group(n=34). The control group received conventional symptomatic treatment and the treatment group received the same treatment as the control group plus Xueshuantong injection. Both of the two groups were treated for 2 weeks. The clinical effect and the changes of serum inflammation factors were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment, there were no significant differences in the angina frequency, the duration of angina attack, and the levels of serum C reactive protein and tumor necrosis factor-α between the two groups(P>0.05). Compared with those before treatment, the angina frequency, the duration of angina attack, and the levels of serum C reactive protein and tumor necrosis factor-α were significantly improved in both of the two groups after treatment(P<0.05), and the improvements of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(P<0.01). There were no obvious serious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion Xueshuantong injection can inhibit inflammatory reaction and has significantly clinical effect on angina pectoris. |
