Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of transurethral resection on bladder tumor. Methods 78 patients with bladder cancer in our hospital from January 2010 to June 2015 were collected as the research subjects, and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 39 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional open tumor resection, and the observation group was treated with transurethral resection. The clinical situation, postoperative complications and follow-up recurrence were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time, the indwelling catheter time and the hospitalization time were shorter and the amount of bleeding was less in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of complications and recurrence rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional open resection, transurethral resection can significantly shorten the operation time and indwelling catheter time, and reduce the postoperative complications in the treatment of bladder tumor.
