| ［摘要］ 胚胎着床是体外受精-胚胎移植术后妊娠成功的关键，而反复着床失败的原因复杂,治疗棘手,是生殖医学领域研究的热点。研究证实,异常的子宫收缩是导致胚胎着床失败的原因之一，若在胚胎移植前后应用药物抑制子宫收缩,可能会提高子宫内膜容受性，改善妊娠结局。该文就子宫收缩与胚胎着床的关系,以及子宫收缩抑制药物的研究概况进行综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ Embryo implantation is the key to successful pregnancy after in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer. The cause of repeated embryo implantation failure is complicated, and difficult to treat, which is a research hotspot of reproductive medicine. Studies have shown that abnormal uterine contraction is one of the causes leading to the embryo implantation failure. If some depressants of uterine contraction are applied before and after embryo transfer, the inhibition of uterine contraction may be conducive to improving endometrial receptivity and the pregnancy outcome. In this paper, the progress of research on association between uterine contraction and embryo implantation and depressants of uterine contraction is reviewed. |
