| ［摘要］ 目的 观察护牙素对龈下刮治后牙本质敏感患者牙周指数的影响，探讨脱敏治疗对口腔卫生维护和疗效维护的影响。方法 将116例（464颗患牙）龈下刮治所致的牙本质敏感患者随机分为治疗组（60例，240颗患牙）和对照组（56例，224颗患牙），治疗组采用GC护牙素（日本株式会社而至齿科）进行脱敏治疗，对照组不进行任何脱敏治疗。观察治疗后1周、1个月的牙石指数（CI）和软垢指数（DI）的变化。结果 治疗后1周，对照组CI和DI值均较治疗组显著升高（P<0.05），治疗后1个月，对照组CI和DI值均较治疗组显著升高（P<0.05）。结论 经护牙素脱敏治疗的牙周病患者更容易保持相对健康的牙周指数。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To observe the influence of GC tooth mousse on periodontal index in patients with root dentinal hypersensitivity after subgingival scaling, and to investigate the influence of dentine hypersensitivity on the maintenance of oral health and curative effect.Methods A total of 464 teeth in 116 cases with dentin hypersensitivity were divided into the treatment group(n=240, 60 cases were treated with GC tooth mousse) and the control group(n=224, 56 cases received no desensitization treatment). The changes of calculus index(CI) and debris index(DI) were obsereved 1 week and 1 month after the treatment.Results The values of CI and DI in the control group were significantly elevated than those in the treatment group 1 week after the treatment. The values of CI and DI in the control group were significantly elevated than those in the treatment group 1 month after the treatment.Conclusion The patients with root dentinal hypersensitivity are more likely to keep oral hygiene after the treatment of GC tooth mousse. |
