| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平与冠状动脉狭窄程度的相关性。方法 选取2013-04～2014-12该院心内科收治的84例疑似冠状动脉硬化性心脏病（CHD）患者为研究对象，均行冠脉造影检查和Hcy检测，分析CHD与血清Hcy之间的关系。结果 非CHD组Hcy水平均低于不同程度冠状动脉狭窄组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，Hcy水平随着冠状动脉狭窄程度的升高而升高，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清Hcy水平与冠状动脉狭窄程度积分呈正相关（r=0.835），差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 血清Hcy水平与冠状动脉狭窄程度呈正相关，可作为临床预测CHD严重程度及预后的一个重要指标。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To study the correlation between the level of serum homocysteine(Hcy) and the severity of coronary stenosis.Methods Eighty-four patients who were clinically suspected with coronary heart disease（CHD） from April 2013 to December 2014 were chosen as the research subjects. All the patients received coronary angiography and Hcy examination, and the relationship between CHD and serum Hcy was analyzed.Results The levels of Hcy in the normal group were significantly lower than those in the groups with different degrees of coronary stenosis(P<0.05). The level of Hcy increased with the rising degree of coronary artery stenosis(P<0.05). The levels of serum Hcy were positively correlated with the Gensini scores of coronary stenosis(r=0.835)(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of serum Hcy are positively correlated with the degrees of coronary stenosis, which can be used as an important index to predict the severity and prognosis of CHD. |
