皮耐克和自体断层皮复合修复深部组织暴露创面的临床效果观察

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 探讨皮耐克和自体断层皮复合修复深部组织暴露创面的临床效果。方法 选取该院2013-05~2016-05收治的深部组织暴露创面患者100例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组采用常规二期植皮修复治疗,观察组采用皮耐克与自体断层皮复合修复治疗。观察两组临床疗效。结果 治疗后,观察组治愈26例,好转16例,无效8例,治疗总有效率为84.00%,对照组治愈12例,好转15例,无效23例,治疗总有效率为54.00%。两组临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 皮耐克和自体断层皮复合修复深部组织暴露创面的临床效果显著,优于常规二期植皮修复治疗,是一种安全、有效的深部组织暴露创面修复方法。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of skin Nike and autologous skin on repairing deep tissue exposed wounds.Methods One hundred patients with deep tissue exposed wounds from May 2013 to May 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with the conventional second-stage skin grafting, and the observation group was treated with absorbable dressing(skin Nike) and autologous skin graft. The clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results After the treatment, the observation group was cured in 26 cases, improved in 16 cases, ineffective in 8 cases, and the total effective rate was 84.00%. The control group was cured in 12 cases, improved in 15 cases, ineffective in 23 cases, and the total effective rate was 54.00%. There was significant difference in the clinical effect between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of skin Nike and autologous skin graft on repairing deep tissue exposed wounds is significant, which is more safe and effective than the conventional second-stage skin grafting.
