| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨前列地尔联合负压封闭引流（VSD）负压吸引治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床应用价值。方法 选取2013-06～2016-08该院收治的糖尿病足溃疡患者60例，按照数字奇偶法分为对照组和治疗组，每组30例。对照组给予常规治疗。治疗组在常规治疗基础上给予前列地尔联合VSD负压吸引治疗，连续治疗4周。结果 治疗组治愈率、二次感染率分别为93.3%、3.3%，对照组为70.0%、20.0%，治疗组优于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗组各项住院指标均低于对照组（P<0.05）。两组患者治疗前Wanger分级例数无明显差异（P>0.05），治疗后治疗组足部溃疡恢复情况优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 前列地尔联合VSD是临床上治疗糖尿病足难愈合创面的有效方法，能够改善溃疡部位的血液循环，缩短住院时间，减少换药次数，有利于病情恢复。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the clinical value of combining alprostadil and vacuum sealing drainage(VSD) negative pressure in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer.Methods 60 patients with diabetic foot ulcer admitted to the People′s Hospital of Hezhou City from June 2013 to August 2016 were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the digital parity method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment and the treatment group received the same routine treatment combining the treatment of alprostadil and VSD negative pressure.Results The curative rate and secondary infection rate were 93.3% and 3.3% in the treatment group, and 70.0% and 20.0% in the control group. The hospitalization indexes of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group（P<0.05）. There was no significant difference in the number of cases of Wanger classification before treatment（P>0.05）. The recovery of foot ulcers in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combining alprostadil and VSD is an effective method for the treatment of diabetic foot wounds. It can improve blood circulation in the ulcers, shorten the hospitalization time and reduce the number of dressing changes. |
