[摘要] 随着内镜技术的发展,不断提高了早期胃癌的诊断率。而胃癌的早期诊断和治疗,将明显改善患者的预后与生存率。该文阐述了窄带成像技术、智能分光比色技术、I-san、共聚焦激光显微内镜、蓝色激光成像等先进手段在早期胃癌诊断中的研究进展。 |

[Abstract] With the development of endoscopic technology, the diagnostic rate of early gastric cancer has been elevated. Early detection of gastric cancer will significantly improve the prognosis as well as survival rate of the patients. The advanced techniques such as narrow-band imaging, flexible spectral imaging color enhancement, I-scan, confocal laser endoscopy and blue laser imaging that are applied in early gastric cancer are reviewed in this paper. |
