| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨麝香保心丸对冠心病心绞痛患者QT离散度、心率变异性及心功能的影响。方法 将2015-03～2016-08收治的冠心病心绞痛患者106例纳入研究，根据抽签法分为对照组和观察组各53例。对照组予以硝酸异山梨酯+辛伐他汀+阿司匹林治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加服麝香保心丸，治疗4个月。比较两组治疗后QT离散度、心率变异性及心功能。结果 观察组QT离散度低于对照组，短时程平均NN间期的标准差（SDANN）、NN间期标准差（SDNN）、连续NN间期均方差值的均方根（RMSSD）、心肌缺血总负荷、心绞痛发作频率及心绞痛持续时间等均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对冠心病心绞痛患者予以麝香保心丸治疗的效果确切，可以明显改善患者的心功能及心率变异性，降低QT离散度。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the effects of Shexiangbaoxin pills on QT dispersion, heart rate variability and cardiac function in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 106 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(CHD) admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to August 2016 were included in the study, and were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the method of random sampling, with 53 cases in each group. The control group was treated with isosorbide mononitrate+simvastatin+aspirin, and the observation group was treated with additional Shexiangbaoxin pills. After the treatment, QT dispersion, heart rate variability and cardiac function were compared between the two groups.Results QT dispersion of the observation group was lower than that of the control group. The short-term average standard deviation of NN intervals(SDANN), NN interval standard deviation(SDNN), root mean square continuous NN interval mean square difference(RMSSD), total ischemia burden, angina attack frequency and angina duration in the obsevation group were superior to those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shexiangbaoxin pills are effective for the patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. |
