| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨耳后翻转皮瓣修复耳廓正面缺损的效果。方法 总结2014-07～2016-07该院6例采用耳后翻转皮瓣修复耳廓正面皮肤或皮肤及软骨缺损的效果。结果 经过随访2～12个月，6例患者翻转皮瓣全部存活，创面一期愈合，皮瓣质地、色泽接近正常，患者对耳廓外观满意。结论 耳后翻转皮瓣修复耳廓正面缺损手术不仅操作快速、可靠，而且在功能及美学上效果满意，是临床修复耳廓正面局部缺损的有效手段。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the effect of postauricular revolving door island flap for repairing anterior auricularl defect.Methods 6 cases with anterior auricularl skin or skin and cartilage defect were repaired with postauricular revolving door island flap in our department from July 2014 to July 2016, and their clinical effects were retrospectively analyzed.Results After a follow-up of 2 months to 1 year, all the flaps survived completely with primary healing, and the flaps matched to the skin color and texture. The patients were satisfied with the operations.Conclusion The reconstruction of anterior auricular defect with postauricular revolving door island flap is not only fast-acting and reliable, but also satisfying in both function and aesthetics, which is an effective measure of repairing anterior auricular defect. |
