| ［摘要］ 目的 分析应用丁苯酞联合纳洛酮治疗老年后循环缺血性眩晕症的效果及安全性。方法 选择2015-07～2016-10该院收治的120例老年后循环缺血性眩晕症患者，按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各60例。研究组采用丁苯酞联合纳洛酮治疗，对照组采用常规药物治疗，1周为1个疗程，均治疗2个疗程，对比分析其临床疗效与安全性。结果 研究组治疗后的基底动脉、左椎动脉、右椎动脉的平均血流速度（Vm）、收缩期峰流速（Vs）均优于对照组，且差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组临床疗效优23例，良18例，一般14例，差5例。对照组优15例，良13例，一般13例，差19例，研究组临床疗效优于对照组（P<0.01）。结论 老年后循环缺血性眩晕症患者应用丁苯酞联合纳洛酮治疗具有显著临床疗效，能够有效缓解眩晕症状，改善后循环，促进患者机体早日康复。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of butylphthalide combined with naloxone in treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo in elderly patients.Methods 120 elderly patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo were divided into the study group(n=60) and the control group(n=60) by random number table method. The study group was treated with butylphthalide and naloxone. The control group was treated with conventional medications. All the patients were treated for 2 weeks. The clinical efficacy and safety were compared between the two groups.Results The values of Vm and Vs of the basilar artery, left vertebral artery and right vertebral artery in the study group improved better than those in the control group(P<0.05). The clinical efficacy of the study group was excellent in 23 cases, good in 18 cases, medium in 14 cases and poor in 5 cases. The clinical efficacy of the control group was excellent in 15 cases, good in 13 cases, medium in 13 cases and poor in 19 cases. The clinical efficacy of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Butylphthalide combined with naloxone has a significant clinical effect on posterior circulation ischemic vertigo in the elderly patients. It can effectively alleviate the symptoms of vertigo, improve the posterior circulation and promote the recovery at an early stage. |
