[摘要] 脓毒症是重症监护室常见的危重症,其病死率高,预后差,诊疗困难。白细胞介素18(IL-18)是一种多效促炎性细胞因子,在脓毒症患者中呈高表达,并可通过炎症级联反应,参与脓毒症的发生发展。该文就IL-18的结构、生物学特性、基因多态性和其在脓毒症中的作用机制进行综述。 |

[Abstract] Sepsis is a common critical illness in intensive care units, with high mortality, poor prognosis and difficulty in diagnosis and treatment. Interleukin-18(IL-18) is a pleiotropic proinflammatory cytokine that is highly expressed in sepsis and may be involved in the pathogenesis of sepsis through an inflammatory cascade.In this paper, we review the structure, biological characteristics, gene polymorphism and the mechanism of IL-18 in sepsis. |
