| ［摘要］ 中医体质辨识在膝骨关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)诊治中的应用已有不少报道。研究显示膝骨关节炎患者的体质大多分布于阳虚质、气虚质和气郁质，痰湿质是男性KOA患者的高发体质类型。女性中气虚质、气郁质、痰湿质为KOA高发体质。在此基础上采用针对性的中医治疗方法取得了良好疗效。该文对中医体质辨识在膝骨关节炎诊治中的应用现状作一综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ The application of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) constitution identification in diagnosis and treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA) has been widely reported. Studies show that the constitution of the patients with KOA is mostly distributed in yang deficiency, qi deficiency and qi depression, and phlegm dampness results in a high incidence of male KOA. In women, qi deficiency, qi depression and phlegm wet quality result in a high incidence of constitution. On the basis of these TCM theories, the targeted TCM treatments have achieved good results. In this paper, we review the application status of TCM constitution identification in diagnosis and treatment of KOA. |
