| ［摘要］ 目的 观察中医综合治疗老年脑卒中后癫痫的效果。方法 选取2017-01～2017-06该院门诊收治的脑卒中后癫痫患者44例，随机分为观察组和对照组各22例，对照组给予常规抗癫痫药物治疗，观察组在抗癫痫药物治疗的基础上，采用中医综合治疗。随访1年，比较两组治疗前后的脑电图检测改善情况以及临床效果。结果 观察组脑电图情况优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后观察组总有效率为90.9%(20/22)，对照组为45.5%(10/22),观察组疗效优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 脑卒中后癫痫患者给予中医综合治疗，能够明显改善老年脑卒中后癫痫患者的临床症状，改善患者的脑电图状况，有较好的临床效果。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To study the effect of comprehensive treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) on epilepsy after stroke in elderly patients. Methods 44 elderly patients with epilepsy after stroke treated in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2017 were selected and were randomly divided into the research group and the control group according to different treatment methods, with 22 cases in each group. The control group received routine clinic treatment. The research group was treated with comprehensive therapy of TCM plus the routine clinic treatment.The follow-up period was 1 year, and the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results The improvement rate of electroencephalogram(EEG) in the the research group was better than that in the control group（P<0.05）. The clinical efficacy of the research group(90.9%) was better than that of the control group(45.5%)（P<0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive therapy of TCM is effective in treatment of epilepsy after stroke in elderly patients. |
