甲状腺激素替代治疗妊娠期单纯性低甲状腺素血症的效果观察

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 观察甲状腺激素替代治疗妊娠期单纯性低甲状腺素血症的临床效果。方法 采用前瞻队列研究方法,选取2017-03~2018-03在该院产科门诊早中孕期诊断为妊娠期单纯性低甲状腺素血症患者,按是否采用甲状腺激素替代治疗,分为干预组(43例)和对照组(48例),分析两组妊娠结局及围生儿情况。结果 两组在分娩孕周、分娩方式、产后出血量方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),妊娠期高血压疾病、妊娠期糖尿病、胎儿生长受限、胎膜早破、胎儿窘迫等患病率方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组新生儿出生体重、新生儿窒息率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 甲状腺素替代治疗与否对改善妊娠期单纯低甲状腺素血症患者的妊娠结局无明显影响。

A clinical analysis of the effect of thyroxine replacement therapy on isolated hypothyroidism during pregnancy

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical effect of thyroxine replacement therapy on pregnant women with isolated hypothyroxemia. Methods The prospective cohort study was performed in the pregnant women with isolated hyothyroidemia during the first and second trimester who were selected in our outpatients from March 2017 to March 2018. According to whether thyroxine replacement was used, the patients were divided into the intervention group(n=43) and the control group(n=48). The maternal and neonatal outcomes were analyzed. Results There were no significant differences in delivery weeks, delivery methods and postpartum hemorrhage between the two groups(P>0.05). There were no significant differences in the incidence rates of hypertension, gestational diabetes, fetal growth restriction, premature rupture of fetal membranes and fetal distress between the two groups(P>0.05). There were no significant differences in neonatal birth weight and the rate of neonatal asphyxia between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Thyroxine replacement has no significant influences on pregnancy outcomes and perinatal events in pregnant women with isolated hypothyroxemia.
