| ［摘要］ 心房颤动（简称房颤）是一种具有慢性炎性病理过程的疾病，其发生发展过程中始终伴随着炎症反应。半乳糖凝集素-3作为一种炎症因子，参与细胞黏附、增殖及凋亡等过程。近年来研究发现，半乳糖凝集素-3在房颤的形成和发展中发挥着重要的作用，参与了房颤的形成、进展过程，是房颤重要的生化标志物，并有望成为房颤治疗的新靶点。该文对半乳糖凝集素-3与房颤关系的研究进展作一综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ It has been confirmed that atrial fibrillation is a chronic inflammatory pathological process, and its occurrence and development are always accompanied by inflammatory response. Galectin-3 is an inflammatory factor, involving in the process of cell adhesion,proliferation and apoptosis. Recent studies have found that galectin-3 plays an important role in the occurrence and development of atrial fibrillation, and is an important biochemical marker for atrial fibrillation. Galecin-3 is expected to become a new target for atrial fibrillation treatment. We review the research progress of the galectin-3 and atrial fibrillation in this paper. |
