| ［摘要］ 目的 观察MORA生物物理治疗仪联合左西替利嗪治疗慢性荨麻疹的治疗效果，分析在治疗前后不同治疗组血清中组胺的浓度变化。方法 将90例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为仪器组、药物组和联合组，每组30例。在治疗12周后比较三组的疗效和血清中组胺浓度。结果 三组患者在治疗后的血清组胺浓度均较治疗前降低，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。并且联合组在治疗后的血清中组胺浓度低于其他两组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。联合组、仪器组和药物组的总有效率分别为96.67%、70.00%、66.67%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 与单纯的MORA生物物理治疗仪治疗和左西替利嗪药物治疗比较，MORA生物物理治疗仪联合左西替利嗪方案在慢性荨麻疹治疗中取得更好的疗效，并能显著降低患者血清中的组胺浓度。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To observe the efficacy of MORA biophysical therapeutic instrument combined with levocetirizine in treatment of chronic urticaria, and to analyze the changes in serum histamine concentration in different treatment groups before and after treatment. Methods Ninety chronic urticaria patients were randomly divided into instrument group, drug group and combination group, with 30 cases in each group. After 12 weeks of treatment, the efficacy and the concentration of histamine in serum were compared among the three groups. Results After treatment, the serum histamine concentrations of the three groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05), and the serum histamine concentrations of the combination group were significantly lower than those of the other two groups(P<0.05). The total effective rates were 96.67%, 70.00% and 66.67% respectively in the combination group, the instrument group and the drug group, with a significant difference among them(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with single MORA biophysical treatment and single levocetirizine treatment, the combination of MORA biophysical therapeutic instrument and levocetirizine has a better efficacy on chronic urticaria and significantly reduces the concentration of histamine in serum. |
