| ［摘要］ Bezold-Jarisch反射（Bezold-Jarisch reflex,BJR）是一种心血管抑制性反射，可导致严重的心动过缓、低血压和外周血管舒张，诊治不及时可影响患者的临床转归。目前，临床实践中BJR的早期诊断率较低且缺乏准确的诊治原则。该文就BJR的历史、病理生理机制、相关的临床现象及处理措施作一综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ Bezold-Jarisch reflex(BJR) is a cardiovascular inhibitory reflex that can cause severe bradycardia, hypotension and peripheral vasodilation. Failure in timely diagnosis and treatment of BJR will affect the patients′ clinical outcomes. At present, the early diagnosis rate of BJR in clinical practice is low and accurate principles of diagnosis and treatment are lacking. In this paper, we review the history, pathophysiological mechanisms, clinical phenomena and treatment measures of BJR. |
