髌骨爪联合高强度缝合线网状缝合治疗髌骨下极粉碎性骨折的临床疗效观察

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 观察髌骨爪联合高强度缝合线网状缝合治疗髌骨下极粉碎性骨折的临床疗效。方法 选取该院2017-01~2018-08收治的42例髌骨下极粉碎性骨折患者,使用高强度缝合线网状缝合髌腱及髌骨下极骨块,将骨折块聚拢,重建髌骨下极的牢固性,使用髌骨爪进行骨折加压固定。采用膝关节屈伸活动度与Bstman评分系统对术后功能进行评价。结果 随访12个月,所有患者术后3个月关节活动度达到120°以上。髌骨骨折功能评分优34例,良8例,差0例,优良率达到100%。结论 髌骨爪联合高强度缝合线网状缝合治疗髌骨下极粉碎性骨折效果良好,值得推广。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To observe the curative effect of patella claw combined with mesh suture using high-strength sutures on comminuted inferior patella pole fracture. Methods A total of 42 patients with comminuted inferior patella pole fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to August 2018 were selected. The patellar tendon and the bones of the inferior patella pole were sutured using high-strength sutures, and the fracture pieces were gathered together to rebuild the firmness of the inferior patella pole. Pressure fixation of the fractures was conducted using patella claw, and flexion-extension activity of knee joint and Bstman scoring system were used to evaluate the postoperative function. Results All the patients were followed up for 12 months. The joint mobility of all the patients reached more than 120° three months after operation. The patella function score was excellent in 34 cases, good in 8 cases, and poor in 0 case. The excellent and good rate was 100%. Conclusion Combination of patella claw and mesh suture using high-strength sutures is effective in treatment of comminuted inferior patella pole fracture and is worthy of clinical application.
