下颌骨形态位置三维测量的研究进展

摘要:
[摘要] 下颌骨对面部美观及颌面功能产生直接影响。早期研究主要通过头颅侧位X线片进行,随着锥状束计算机断层扫描的应用日渐广泛,现可使用三维头影测量及三维重叠等功能对下颌骨的形态结构及位置进行分析,从而更好地指导口腔正畸、正颌手术等领域的科学研究及临床工作。该文就下颌骨形态位置三维测量的研究进展作一综述。

Research progress in three-dimensional measurement of mandible shape and position

Abstract:
[Abstract] Mandible has direct influence on facial aesthetics and maxillofacial function. In early researches, the morphological structure and position of mandible were mainly analyzed by lateral cephalometric radiographs. With the increasing application of cone-beam computed tomography(CBCT), three-dimensional cephalometry and three-dimensional superimposition can be used to analyze the morphological structure and position of mandible, so as to better guide the scientific research and clinical work in the fields of orthodontics and orthognathic surgery. In this paper, we review the research progress in three-dimensional measurement of mandible shape and position.
