| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨近端释放支架置入器置入食管支架治疗食管恶性狭窄的临床价值。方法 对20例食管恶性梗阻患者行胃镜直视下应用近端释放支架置入器置入食管支架。结果 20例患者均一次性放置成功，成功率为100.0%，术后吞咽困难评分由术前（3.58±0.22）分降至（1.10±0.28）分(P<0.05)。结论 近端释放支架置入器置入食管支架成功率高,操作简单、安全、定位准确,值得临床推广应用。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To assess the application of esophageal stent implantation of proximal release in the treatment of malignant esophageal stricture.Methods Twenty patients with malignant esophageal stricture were implanted esophageal stent by proximal release under endoscopy.Results Twenty patients were implanted successfully in one time and the success rate was 100%. The dysphagia scores reduced from (3.58±0.22)points to (1.10±0.28)points(P<0.05).Conclusion Implantation of esophageal stents by proximal release is simple, safe, and effective for the patients with malignant esophageal stricture. |
