| ［摘要］ 目的 分析药品调剂差错原因，降低调剂错误发生率，提高中心药房药品调剂工作效率和质量。方法 以PDCA循环法为指导，分析总结调剂错误主要来源，采取对应解决措施，比较统计采取措施前后相同时长内错误发生率，评价PDCA在提高中心药房药品调剂质量中的效果。结果 采用PDCA干预后，药品调配错误发生数由232例下降到170例，差异有统计学意义（χ2=28.15，P<0.05）。结论 PDCA循环法在改善药品调剂工作中取得了成效。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To analyze the causes of drug dispensing errors, and to reduce the incidence of dispensing errors and improve the efficiency and quality of drug dispensing in the central pharmacy.Methods Under the guidance of Plan-Do-Check-Action(PDCA) cycle, the main sources of drugs dispensing errors were analyzed to find the corresponding solutions. The incidence of dispensing errors was compared before and after taking PDCA cycle and the effect of PDCA cycle on improving the quality of drugs dispensing in the central pharmacy was evaluated.Results The number of drug dispensing errors reduced from 232 cases to 170 cases after the intervention of PDCA cycle, with a significant difference( χ2=28.15, P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA cycle is effective in improving the drug dispensing work. |
