| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨甲床甲母质部分切除术治疗嵌甲甲沟炎的临床疗效。方法 收集2014-01～2015-12该院350例嵌甲甲沟炎患者按随机号码表分为三组，A组110例患者给予全甲拔除术，B组110例患者给予部分拔除术，C组130例患者给予甲床甲母质部分切除术，比较三组患者相关临床指标与临床事件。结果 C组愈合时间、换药次数与住院时间均低于A、B两组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）；C组一次治愈率高于A、B组；疼痛、感染与复发率低于A、B组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论 甲床甲母质部分切除术治疗嵌甲甲沟炎的临床疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the clinical effects of nail bed nail matrix partial resection on ingrown toenails paronychia.Methods Three hundred and fifty cases with ingrown toenails paronychia in our hospital were randomly divided into three groups: group A was treated with surgical removal of the nails, group B was treated with surgical removal of part of the nails and group C was given the nail bed nail matrix partial resection. The clinical effects were compared among the three groups.Results The healing time and the hospitalization stay in group C were significantly shorter than those in the other two groups(P<0.01). The number of dressing changes in group C was significantly less than that in group A or group B(P<0.01). The cure rate of group C was significantly higher than that of group A or group B(P<0.01). The rates of pain, infection and reoccurrence in group C were significantly lower than those in the other two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Nail bed nail matrix partial resection is clinically efficacious for ingrown toenails paronychia. |
