| ［摘要］ 肺癌是目前对人类威胁最大的肿瘤之一，在所有的肺癌患者中，非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer，NSCLC)占75%～80%，70%的患者在确诊时已错过了根治性手术的机会，只能采取放化疗、靶向治疗的手段，但效果却不尽人意。因此，如何提高NSCLC的放疗敏感性是亟待解决的问题。该文就NSCLC放射增敏的研究进展作一综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ Currently, lung cancers are the biggest threat to human health in all cancers, in which non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) accounts for about 75%～80% and 70% of the patients with NSCLC have missed the chance to receive the radical surgery when diagnosed. Radiation,chemotherapy and targeted therapy are the main therapies, but the prognosis is still poor. Therefore, improving the radiation sensitivity of NSCLC still needs to be solved. In this article，we review the research progress of radiotherapy sensitization in NSCLC. |
