| ［摘要］ 窝沟封闭剂又称防龋涂料，是一种20世纪60年代发展起来的新型医用口腔高分子材料。将它涂布于牙面的窝沟处，固化后形成一个屏障，能将窝沟封闭，隔绝牙齿受到口腔环境中的致龋因素的侵害，从而达到防龋效果。恒牙与乳牙窝沟封闭剂无明显区别。但由于乳牙窝沟封闭时患儿年龄较小，配合度较低，若要取得较理想的效果，操作时间短、操作简单的封闭剂更适合，故乳磨牙窝沟封闭对封闭剂的选择要求更严格。该文从乳牙窝沟封闭的角度对封闭剂材料的应用进行综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ Fissure sealant called the anti-caries coating is a new type of oral medical polymer material developing in 1960s. When coated on the surface of teeth grooves, the material will form a barrier to seal the grooves. The barrier isolates the teeth from the damage caused by caries in the oral cavity. There is no obvious difference between the fissure sealant of permanent teeth and thesealant of deciduous teeth. When children are operated by sealing the deciduous teeth, they are too young to coordinate with the dentists. To achieve the better preventive effect on carious teeth, the short-term and easy operations are more suitable for the children. Dentists are very cautious of choosing the sealants when they are sealing the primary molars. The research progress of fissure sealants in sealing the primary molars is reviewed in this paper. |
