| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨白细胞介素10(IL-10)启动子区-592位点的单核苷酸多态性(SNP)与儿童过敏性紫癜（HSP）易感性之间的关系。方法 收集100例HSP患儿和153名健康体检儿童全血标本，提取DNA，采用限制片断长度多态分析-聚合酶链反应方法(RFLP/PCR)对IL-10的基因启动子区592位点基因型进行分析，比较病例组与正常对照组的基因分布。结果 HSP患儿IL-10基因-592C/A位点等位基因频率和基因型频率与正常对照组差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 IL-10基因-592C/A多态性与儿童HSP易感性无关。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To analyze the relationship between -592 site A/C polymorphism in interleukin 10(IL-10) gene and susceptibility to Henoch-Schonlein purpura(HSP) in children.Methods The whole blood specimens of 112 HSP patients and 153 control subjects were collected and their genomic DNAs were extracted. The IL-10 592 site gene was analyzed by restriction fragment length polymorphism/polymerase chain reaction(RFLP/PCR), and the allele and genotype frequencies were compared between the HSP patients and the normal subjects.Results No significant difference was found in IL-10 gene-592 C/A polymorphism between the HSP patients and the healthy controls(P>0.05).Conclusion IL-10 gene-592 C/A polymorphism has no association with susceptibility of HSP in children. |
