| ［摘要］ 应用超声检查诊断各类肺脏疾病已经成为近年来临床研究和应用的热点，其具有无辐射性，价廉便捷，可床边进行的优点，与HRCT（high-resolution computed tomography）及肺功能有良好的相关性。该文就肺脏超声在间质性肺疾病（interstitial lung disease，ILD）检查诊断中的临床应用进展进行综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ In recent years, the application of ultrasonography in diagnosis of lung diseases has become a hot research topic clinically. Lung ultrasound is radiation-free, inexpensive, convenient and bedside. There is a good correlation between it and high-resolution computed tomography(HRCT) and pulmonary function. The clinical application progress of lung ultrasound that is used to check the patients with interstitial lung disease(ILD) is reviewed in this paper. |
