| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨股骨颈骨折与股骨头坏死老年患者行髋关节置换治疗的临床效果。方法 对该院2015-07～2016-07收治的股骨颈骨折与股骨头坏死患者90例，按照临床所用不同治疗方案分成对照组和观察组两组，对照组45例患者行人工股骨头置换治疗，观察组45例患者行髋关节置换治疗，比较两组临床效果及预后情况。结果 观察组治疗后Harris评分优良率（95.56%）比对照组（80.00%）高（P<0.05）；对照组手术时间比观察组短，术中出血量比观察组少（P<0.05）；两组总并发症率分别为2.22%、4.44%，比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；观察组治疗后总体健康评分［（84.08±15.68）分］比对照组［（66.35±13.05）分］高（P<0.01）。结论 股骨颈骨折与股骨头坏死老年患者行髋关节置换治疗能够提高髋关节功能和生活质量，临床需加以合理利用。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To study the clinical effect of hip replacement on femoral neck fracture and femoral head necrosis in elderly patients.Methods The clinical data of 90 patients with femoral neck fracture and femoral head necrosis who received treatment in the People′s hospital of Luoding city between July 2015 and July 2016 were analyzed. These patients were divided into two groups according to the different clinical treatment options. 45 cases who were given artificial femoral head replacement for treatment were set as the control group, and the other 45 cases who were given hip replacement as the observation group. The clinical effect and prognosis results were compared between the two groups.Results After the treatment, the excellent rate of Harris score in the observation group(95.56%) was higher than that in the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05); The operation duration of the control group was shorter than that of the observation group. The intraoperative bleeding amount in the control group was less than that in the observation group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the observation group and the control group(2.22% vs 4.44%)(P>0.05); The scores of general health in the observation group(84.08±15.68) were higher than those in the control group(66.35±13.05)(P<0.01).Conclusion Hip replacement can improve the hip function and quality of life for the elderly patients with femoral neck fractures and femoral head necrosis. |
