| ［摘要］ 目的 对麻痹性肠梗阻患者行中药灌肠联合芒硝外敷治疗，分析其临床应用效果。方法 随机选取该院2014-08～2016-03收治麻痹性肠梗阻患者87例，随机分为对照组43例和观察组44例。对照组行常规治疗，观察组在对照组基础上行中药灌肠联合芒硝外敷治疗。治疗3周后观察两组患者的临床疗效与胃肠功能改善情况。结果 观察组痊愈29例，有效8例，无效7例。对照组痊愈10例，有效15例，无效18例。观察组疗效优于对照组（P<0.01）。观察组患者肛门排便排气时间、肠鸣恢复时间、腹胀腹痛缓解时间、ICU住院天数均短于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 中药灌肠联合芒硝外敷可有效改善麻痹性肠梗阻患者的胃肠功能状况，显著提高临床疗效，缩短患者的住院时间，安全有效，操作简单。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) enema combined with topical use of Glauber′s salt on paralytic ileus.Methods 87 patients with paralytic ileus in our hospital from August 2014 to March 2016 were randomly divided into the control group(n=43) and the observation group(n=44). The control group received the conventional treatment. The observation group was treated with a TCM enema on the basis of the same treatment that was given to the control group. The clinical efficacy and the improvement of gastrointestinal function were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group, 29 cases were cured, 8 cases effective and 7 cases invalid. In the control group, 10 cases were cured, 15 cases effective and 18 cases invalid. The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01). The defecation anus exhaust time, the bowel recovery time, and the abdominal distension, and abdominal pain relief time and the hospitalization days in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The TCM enema combined with topical use of Glauber′s salt is safe and effective for the patients with paralytic ileus. |
