三阴性乳腺癌的超声影像学研究进展

摘要:
［摘要］　三阴性乳腺癌(triple negative breast cancer，TNBC)系雌激素受体(estrogen receptor，ER)、孕激素受体(progesterone receptor，PR)和人类表皮生长因子受体-2(human epidermal growth factor receptor-2，HER-2)表达均为阴性的乳腺癌，具有特殊生物学行为及临床病理特征，预后差。该文对三阴性乳腺癌的超声影像学研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:
［Abstract］　Triple-receptor negative breast cancer(TNBC) is a kind of breast cancer whose expressions of estrogen receptor(ER), progesterone receptor(PR), and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2) are all negative.TNBC has special biological and pathological characteristics and poor prognosis. The progress of research on the ultrasonic imaging diagnosis of TNBC is reviewed in this paper.
