维生素D3与不明原因稽留流产免疫学相关性的研究

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 探讨维生素D3与不明原因稽留流产免疫学的相关性。方法 选择2015-01~2016-03该院收治的不明原因稽留流产患者36例作为观察组,选择同期接受人工流产的正常产妇30例作为对照组。检测研究对象血清中的维生素D3、γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)及白细胞介素-4(IL-4)水平,并对其相关性进行分析。结果 观察组维生素D3含量平均为(12.91±2.61)nmol/L,对照组为(20.03±3.82)nmol/L,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组IFN-γ明显高于对照组,而IL-4则显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);维生素D3与IFN-γ间呈显著负相关,与IL-4呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论 维生素D3水平异常可能会造成血清IFN-γ、IL-4水平异常,导致免疫功能异常,推断其与稽留流产的发生存在某种相关性。

Study on the correlation between vitamin D3 and unexplained abortion immunology

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To investigate the correlation between vitamin D3 and unexplained abortion immunology.Methods 36 patients with early unexplained missed abortion were selected as the observation group in our hospital from January 2015 to March 2016. Other 30 patients with normal maternal abortion were taken as the control group in our hospital during the same period of treatment as the observation group. The levels of serum vitamin D3, IFN-γ and IL-4 were detected, and the correlation among them was analyzed.Results The average level of vitamin D3 in the observation group (12.91±2.61)nmol/L was significantly lower than that in the control group (20.03±3.82)nmol/L(P<0.05). The level of IFN-γ was significantly higher while the level of IL-4 was significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05). Vitamin D3 had a significant negative correlation with IFN-γ, and had a positive correlation with IL-4(P<0.05).Conclusion The abnormal levels of vitamin D3 may cause the abnormal levels of IFN-γ and IL-4, which results in the abnormal immune function and the occurrence of missed abortion.
