| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨经导管接触溶栓治疗下肢深静脉血栓患者的临床效果。方法 选取该院2014-06～2016-06收治的下肢深静脉血栓患者82例，按照随机数字表法分为观察组（41例）和对照组（41例）。观察组采用经导管接触溶栓治疗，对照组采用单纯静脉药物溶栓治疗。比较两组治疗疗效、下肢消肿时间、住院时间及肢体消肿率。结果 观察组疗效优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组下肢消肿时间及住院时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）；两组治疗后周径缩小（P<0.05）；且观察组治疗后周径小于对照组（P<0.01）；观察组肢体消肿率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论 经导管接触溶栓治疗下肢深静脉血栓患者临床效果显著，可明显提高肢体消肿率，值得进一步研究。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the clinical effect of percutaneous catheter-directed thrombolysis therapy on lower extremity deep venous thrombosis.Methods 82 patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities were randomly divided into the observation group(n=41) and the control group(n=41). The observation group was treated with catheter-directed thrombolysis, and the control group was treated with intravenous thrombolytic therapy alone. The clinical effect, the lower limb swelling, the hospitalization time and limb swelling were compared between the two groups.Results The effect of the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05); The recovery of lower limb swelling in the observation group was faster than that in the control group. The hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.01). After the treatment, the circumferences of diseased extremities were decreased in both of the two groups(P<0.05), however the circumference of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group after the treatment(P<0.01). The recovery rate of limb swelling of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Percutaneous catheter-directed thrombolysis is effective for the patients with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis. |
