[摘要] 目的 分析对比飞秒激光手术和板层刀LASIK手术治疗屈光不正的远期疗效。方法 选飞秒激光和角膜板层刀组病例各200例,分析术后6个月后的视力、屈光度、高阶像差和对比敏感度。结果 患者术后6个月,角膜板层刀组有效指数(术后UCVA/术前BCVA)为(0.98±0.20),飞秒激光组有效指数为(1.02±0.22),两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。等效球镜角膜板层刀组为(0.44±0.22)D,飞秒激光组为(0.14±0.22)D,两组间的等效球镜差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组的术前术后像差变化对比,飞秒激光组总像差为0.50,球差为0.56,慧差为0.16,三叶草为0.12;角膜板层刀组总像差为0.43,球差为0.48,慧差为0.19,三叶草为0.09,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组对比敏感度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 飞秒激光和角膜板层刀LASIK术后的远期视觉质量良好,都是主流的角膜屈光手术方式。 |

[Abstract] Objective To analyse the clinical long-term effect of femtosecond laser surgery on refractive error.Methods 200 eyes were included in the femtosecond laser group and the cornea microkeratome group respectively. The eyesight, refractive diopter, high order aberration and contrast sensitivity were compared between the two groups six months after surgery.Results Six months after surgery, there was no significant difference in efficacy index between the cornea microkeratome group(after UCVA/before BCVA) (0.98±0.20) and the femtosecond laser group(1.02±0.22)(P>0.05). There were no significant differences in equivalent sphere lens between the cornea microkeratome group(0.44±0.22)D, and the femtosecond laser group(0.14±0.22)D(P>0.05). For the changes of aberration before and after surgery, total aberration was 0.50, spherical aberration was 0.56, coma was 0.16 and clover was 0.12 in the femtosecond laser group and in the cornea microkeratome group, and the corresponding data were 0.43, 0.48, 0.19, and 0.09, respectively, without significant differences between the two groups. There was no significant difference in contrast sensitiveness between the two groups.Conclusion Both of the clinical long-term effects of femtosecond laser surgery and cornea microkeratome LASIK surgery are favorable on correcting refractire error. |
