| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨急性脑梗死患者幽门螺杆菌（Hp）感染情况及其对血糖、血脂代谢的影响。方法 回顾性分析2014-04～2016-11该院收治的44例单纯性急性脑梗死患者（观察组）及50名体检健康者(对照组)的资料，晨起采集静脉血检测空腹血糖（FBG）及血脂［总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)］水平，并检测尿素14C呼气试验，对两组Hp感染情况及其与血糖、血脂之间关系进行分析。结果 观察组的Hp感染率明显高于对照组(70.45% vs 50.00%,P<0.05)；观察组中Hp阳性患者血清TG、TC、LDL水平明显高于Hp阴性患者(P<0.05)，但两者血糖比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Hp感染后血脂水平增高，可能是Hp感染促进急性脑梗死发生的原因。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To observe helicobacter pylori(HP) infection in the patients with acute cerebral infarction, and to investigate its effects on glucose metabolism and blood lipid metabolism.Methods The data of ninety-four cases in our hospital from April 2014 to November 2016 were retrospectively analyzed in whom 44 patients who suffered from acute cerebral infarction were taken as the observation group and 50 healthy examined people as the control group. The serum levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG) and plasma lipid including triglyceride(TG), total cholesterol(TC) and low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C) were detected. At the same time, 14C-breath test was performed as well.Results The infection rate of Hp in the observation group(70.45%) was significantly higher than that in control group（50.00%）(P<0.05). The serum levels of TG, TC and LDL-C in the Hp(+) cases were significantly higher than those in the Hp(-) cases in the observation group(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in the level of FBG between the Hp(+) cases and the Hp(-) cases(P>0.05).Conclusion The serum level of lipid increases with Hp infection, which may lead to acute cerebral infarction after HP infection. |
