| ［摘要］ 目的 观察奥曲肽联合奥美拉唑治疗老年食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血（EGVB）的临床效果。方法 选取2014-12～2015-11该院收治的老年EGVB患者70例，按随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组各35例。对照组采用奥曲肽0.1 mg加入20 ml生理盐水静脉推注，随后以25 μg/h持续静脉泵入。观察组在奥曲肽的基础上联合奥美拉唑40 mg加入100 ml生理盐水中静脉滴入，2次/d。两组均连续治疗3 d。比较两组临床疗效、止血时间、输血量及不良反应发生率。结果 观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组止血时间及输血量均少于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 奥曲肽联合奥美拉唑治疗老年EGVB临床效果显著，不良反应少，起效快，可有效缩短出血时间及减少输血量，值得推广。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To study the clinical effect of octreotide combined with omeprazole on the treatment of elderly patients with esophageal varices bleeding(EGVB).Methods 70 elderly patients with EGVB were selected from December 2014 to September 2015, and were randomly divided into two groups, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with octreotide 0.1 mg+N.S. 20 ml intravenous injection, followed by 25 μg/h continuous intravenous infusion. The observation group received octreotide combined with omeprazole 40 mg+N.S. 100 ml intravenous drip for 2 times per day. Both of the two groups were treated for three days. The curative effect, and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group（P<0.05）. The haemostatic time was shorter and the volume of blood transfusion was less in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01). The adverse reaction rate of the obsevation group was significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Octreotide combined with omeprazole is safe and effective in the treatment of BEV in elderly patients. |
