The changes of coagulation tests in patients with acute pulmonary embolism and its clinical value
Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical value of coagulation tests in the patients with acute pulmonary embolism. Methods 43 patients with acute pulmonary embolism(the observation group) and 47 healthy people(the control group) were collected from 2013 to 2015. The Pre-hospital coagulation tests(PT, APTT, FIB, TT) were detected by ACL 3000 coagulation analyzer, and the changes of coagulation indexes were observed at the first time of hospitalization and before hospiotal discharge. Results Compared with those in the control group, PT and APTT were decreased significantly and FIB was increased significantly in the observation group(P<0.05). In the observation group, compared with those before the treatment, the levels of PT and APTT were increased significantly and FIB was decreased after the treatment(P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the levels of TT between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Coagulation-related indicators have a certain clinical significance in the diagnosis and thrombolytic therapy of acute pulmonary embolism.
