低分子肝素钙联合特定电磁波预防PICC静脉炎的临床观察

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 观察低分子肝素钙联合特定电磁波(TDP)预防恶性肿瘤患者经外周置入中心静脉导管(PICC)后静脉炎的效果。方法 将360例留置PICC的恶性肿瘤患者随机分为试验组和对照组各180例。试验组给予低分子肝素钙(4 100 U皮下注射,1次/d,连续使用7 d)联合TDP(置管后24 h开始照射PICC置管穿刺点上方,锁骨部位各30 min,2次/d,连续照射6 d);对照组仅给予低分子肝素钙(用量用法同试验组)。比较两组患者2周内静脉炎的发生率。结果 试验组静脉炎的发生率为7.78%,对照组为20.56%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论 恶性肿瘤患者PICC置管后给予低分子肝素钙联合特定电磁波照射可显著降低静脉炎的发生率。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of TDP(Te-ding Dian-ci-bo Pu) plus low-molecular-weight heparins calcium on preventing phlebitis in the patients with malignant tumors after peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC).Methods 360 patients with malignant tumors who accepted PICC were randomly divided into the experience group(n=180) and the control group(n=180). The experience group was treated with subcutaneous injection of low-molecular-weight heparins calcium(4 100 IU daily for 7 days) plus TDP(24 hours after catheterization, the above catheter puncture site and the clavicle area were irradiated for 30 min, twice daily for 6 days). The control group was treated with low-molecular-weight heparins calcium. The incidence of phlebitis was compared between the two groups within 2 weeks.Results The incidence of phlebitis in the experience group(7.78%) was significantly lower than that in the control group(20.56%, P=0. 001).Conclusion TDP plus low-molecular-weight heparins calcium can reduce the incidence of phlebitis in the patients with malignant tumors after PICC.
