丙酸倍氯米松联合孟鲁司特钠对小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿气道炎症水平的影响

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 探讨丙酸倍氯米松联合孟鲁司特钠对小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿气道炎症水平的影响。方法 选择2015-02~2016-04该院收治的咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿90例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组给予丙酸倍氯米松气雾剂治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予孟鲁司特钠治疗,均连续治疗12周。比较两组患儿治疗前后气道炎症水平及肺功能变化情况。结果 治疗前两组患儿气道炎症水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患儿白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-5(IL-5)、嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)水平与对照组相比均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗前两组患儿最大呼气中段流量(MMEF)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患儿MMEF、FEV1水平与对照组相比均明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 丙酸倍氯米松联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘能有效改善患儿气道炎症水平,降低炎症反应发生率,在临床应用中具有较高的推广价值。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To explore the effects of beclomethasone dipropionate combined with montelukast sodium on cough variant asthma airway inflammation in children.Methods 90 children with cough variant asthma were selected from February 2015 to April 2016, and all the children were divided into two groups by random digits table. The control group(n=45) was given the treatment of beclometasone dipropionate aerosol, and the observation group(n=45) received montelukast treatment based on the same treatment that was given to the control group for 12 consecutive weeks. The levels of airway inflammation and pulmonary function were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results Before the treatment, there were no significant differences in the levels of airway inflammation between the two groups(P>0.05). After the treatment, the levels of IL-10, IL-8, IL-5 and EOS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01). There were no significant differences in the levels of MMEF and FEV1 between the two groups before the treatment(P>0.05). After the treatment, the levels of MMEF and FEV1 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Beclomethasone dipropionate combined with montelukast sodium can effectively improve the levels of airway inflammation and reduce the inflammation in the treatment of cough variant asthma in children.
