微创经皮钢板内固定术联合锁定加压钢板治疗Pilon骨折临床疗效观察

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 观察微创经皮钢板内固定术联合锁定加压钢板治疗Pilon骨折的临床疗效。方法 选择2013-12~2015-12该院收治的Pilon骨折患者110例,按照随机数字表法将其分为两组,各55例。对照组应用切开复位内固定(open reduction and internal fixation,ORIF)治疗,观察组采用微创经皮钢板内固定术(minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis,MIPPO)联合锁定加压钢板(locked compression plate,LCP)治疗。比较两组踝关节功能改善情况、骨折愈合时间、血肿吸收时间等指标。结果 观察组踝关节功能改善情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组骨折愈合时间、血肿吸收时间及手术住院时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 MIPPO联合LCP治疗Pilon骨折可明显促进骨折愈合,加快术后恢复,缩短住院时间,且安全可靠,值得推广。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation in combination with locking compression plate on Pilon fractures.Methods 110 patients with Pilon fractures were collected in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2015, and were randomly divided into two groups, with 55 cases in each group. The control group received open reduction and internal fixation(ORIF), and the observation group was treated with minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation(MIPPO) in combination with locking compression plate(LCP). The improvement of ankle joint function, the fracture healing time and the time for hematoma absorption were compared between the two groups.Results The improvement of ankle joint function in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05). The fracture healing time of the observation group was obviously shorter than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion MIPPO combined with LCP can obviously promote the fracture healing, speed up the recovery and shorten the hospital stay for the patients with Pilon fractures.
