| ［摘要］ 目的 比较腹腔镜下腹膜外间隙腹股沟斜疝修补术和开放式无张力疝修补术治疗成人腹股沟斜疝的效果。方法 将182例单侧腹股沟斜疝患者按随机数字表法分为腔镜组(96例)和开放组（86例）。腔镜组采用腹腔镜下腹膜外间隙腹股沟斜疝修补术；开放组采用开放式腹膜前间隙无张力疝修补术，比较两组治疗效果。结果 腔镜组手术时间长于开放组，术后住院时间、术后疼痛VAS评分、并发症发生率及术后炎性因子［C反应蛋白（CRP）、白细胞介素6（IL-6）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）］水平均明显少于开放组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 腹腔镜下腹膜外间隙腹股沟斜疝修补术创伤小、应激轻、恢复快、术后并发症少。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To compare the clinical effect on adult inguinal hernia between laparoscopic totally extra-peritoneal and open tension free hernia repair.Methods One hundred and eighty-two patients with inguinal hernia were divided into the laparoscopic group(n=96) and the open group(n=86). The laparoscopic group received inguinal hernia repair by laparoscopy and the open group was performed open tension-free hernia repair. The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups.Results The operative time was significantly longer, and the postoperative hospital stay, postoperative pain score(VAS), postoperative complications, and the levels of postoperative inflammatory factors(CRP, IL - 6 and TNF-α) were significantly less in the laparoscopic group than those in the open group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the open tension free hernia repair,the surgical treatment of inguinal hernia using the laparoscopic totally extra-peritoneal(TEP) has less surgery trauma, less inflammatory stress response and postoperative complications, and faster postoperative recovery. |
