| ［摘要］ 目的 调查2013年南宁市社区居民意外伤害发生的流行病学特征。方法 采用整群抽样的方法抽取南宁市某社区的所有居民进行回顾性入户调查，统计意外伤害发生率、意外伤害发生地点、原因及性质。结果 南宁市社区居民意外伤害发生率为22.92‰。意外伤害主要发生的地点前三位依次为住所（7.9‰）、街道/道路（6.6‰）及学校（3.2‰）；年龄段前三位依次为≥60岁（36.9‰）、15～19岁（32.0‰），5～14岁（26.5‰）；主要原因前三位依次为意外跌落（7.7‰）、交通意外（6.6‰）和被人/物击伤（4.8‰）；损伤类别的前三位分别为扭伤/拉伤（7.5‰）、挫伤（4.6‰）和骨折（2.9‰）。结论 南宁市社区居民意外伤害发生率较高，且具有一定的流行病学特征，有关部门应根据发生原因制定有针对性的干预措施。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To study the epidemiological characteristics of injuries among community residents of Nanning city in 2013.Methods A retrospective survey was conducted in South-Taoyuan community of Nanning city through probability proportional to size cluster sampling(PPS) in 2013. The incidence, the locations, the causes, and the consequences of injuries were statistically analyzed.Results The incidence of injuries among the community residents of Nanning city was 22.92‰. Homes, schools and streets were the major locations of the injury events whose injury percentages were 7.9‰, 6.6‰ and 3.2‰ respectively.The injured patients aged ≥60 years（36.9‰） were the climax age group of accidents, followed by those aged 15 to 19 years（32.0‰） and those aged 5 to 14 years（26.5‰）. Accidental falls were the leading cause（7.7‰）, followed by traffic injuries（6.6‰）, and being wounded by someone or something （4.8‰）. The common categories of injuries were sprains and strains（7.5‰）, fractures（2.9‰） and contusion（4.6‰）.Conclusion The incidence of injuries among community residents in Nanning is higher than that in the well-developed districts in China.prevention and intervention measures should be taken in accordance with the different causes of the injuries. |
