| ［摘要］ 目的 观察钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石的临床疗效及安全性。方法 收集该院2015-10～2016-11收治的200例输尿管结石患者，按随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组两组，治疗组116例（135侧）接受经输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗，对照组84例（96侧）接受气压弹道碎石术治疗，对比两组治疗效果。结果 治疗组的碎石成功率为97.04%，明显高于对照组的87.50%（P<0.05）；术后1个月随访，治疗组结石排净率为97.71%，明显高于对照组的91.67%（P<0.05）；两组并发症发生率差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 经输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石，疗效确切，碎石成功率以及结石排净率高，且不增加术后不良反应，安全可靠，具有临床推广价值。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of holmium laser lithotripsy on treatment of ureteral calculi.Methods 200 patients with ureteral calculi were collected in our hospital from October 2015 to November 2016 and were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=116) and the control group(n=84). The treatment group(135 sides) was treated with holmium laser lithotripsy via ureteroscopy, while the control group(96 sides) was treated with pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy. The treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of lithotripsy of the treatment group(97.04%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(87.50%)(P<0.05). After a follow-up of one month, the stone clearance rate of the treatment group(97.71%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(91.67%)(P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the incidences rates of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Holmium laser lithotripsy via ureteroscopy is safe and effective for the patients with ureteral calculi. |
