| ［摘要］ 目的 观察曲安奈德联合5-氟尿嘧啶局部注射治疗瘢痕疙瘩的疗效及安全性。方法 选取瘢痕疙瘩患者120例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组60例。观察组给予曲安奈德联合5-氟尿嘧啶以及利多卡因治疗，对照组给予曲安奈德和利多卡因治疗，比较两组临床疗效。结果 治疗后观察组疗效优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。治疗组复发率低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 曲安奈德联合5-氟尿嘧啶治疗瘢痕疙瘩，疗效显著，复发少，值得临床推广应用。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To observe the curative effect and safety of triamcinolone acetonide combined with 5-fluorouracil in treatment of keloid.Methods 120 keloid patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 60 cases in each group. The patients in the treatment group were treated with triamcinolone acetonide combined with 5-fluorouracil and lidocaine hydrochloride. The patients in the control group were treated with triamcinolone acetonide and lidocaine.Results After treatment, the clinical effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（P>0.05）. The recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion Triamcinolone acetonide combined with 5-fluorouracil has markedly clinical effect and less recurrence in the treatment of keloid. |
